Why we bill per Amp
We specialise in hosting "monster" hardware — like the Dell PowerEdge XE9680 and NVIDIA HGX systems — that demands far more power and cooling than standard web servers. To deliver the right environment for these machines, we use a capacity-based (per-Amp) billing model. It's the gold standard for AI and enterprise infrastructure.
Guaranteed capacity & reliability
To support a 12.5kW peak load, we lock away that specific capacity across our entire infrastructure — including our N+1 parallel UPS configuration, onsite JCB backup generators and power distribution systems. That overhead is reserved exclusively for your rack 24/7, so when your GPUs hit 100% load the power is physically there and ready to be drawn without risk.
Specialised high-density cooling
AI servers generate immense heat. Our facility uses 4× high-efficiency Stulz precision cooling units and hot-aisle containment to deliver 80kW of cooling capacity. Billing per Amp bundles the electricity with the cooling effort required to keep your hardware at a consistent 20°C — preventing thermal throttling and protecting your investment.
Predictable budgeting — no bill shock
AI training workloads are often bursty, which can lead to unpredictable utility bills under standard metered models. Our per-Amp model provides a fixed monthly cost based on the power bracket you fall into — giving finance total budget certainty regardless of how many compute-intensive hours you run.
